I recognize that not everyone who interacts with my content online is ready or in need of a one on one appointment. So, I wanted to compile a list of trusted resources that can be used as a good place to start with regard to understanding your health & knowing when to ask for help. 

Many of these are resources that I share with my patients, so they will cover topics like: hormones & the menstrual cycle, breaking free from diet culture, stress management, and sexual wellness. The list is by no means exhaustive, so let me know if there is something you think I should add!

Keep in mind, these resources do not take the place of one on one care. If you are experiencing symptoms, you deserve appropriate testing and treatment.
